Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your clothing order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. 

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Receive Return Instructions:
    We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. 

  • Return Shipping:
    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Processing Refund:
    Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund or exchange. 

Exceptions:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Sale Items: [State your policy on sale items - e.g., Sale items are eligible for returns, or Sale items are not eligible for returns].

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. 

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
